Abang was rescued this year, together with Mina and their fellow street-cat friends. He was one of the community cats living near a kost (rented rooms) where Veterinary Medicine students from Udayana University stayed. Alongside Mina, Tina, T-Rex, and Yuppie, Abang was regularly fed and quietly cared for by the students, who looked after them with genuine compassion.

Unfortunately, that sense of safety didn’t last.
The kost owner, who owned a large dog, suddenly forced the students to leave and demanded that the street cats in the area be chased away as well. With their daily caregivers gone, Abang and the others were left vulnerable and at serious risk.

That’s when we stepped in to help.
Abang was rescued and brought to our shelter so he could finally be safe. Having lived on the streets for so long, Abang is cautious but gentle. He’s a calm boy who observes quietly, taking his time to trust, but he has shown steady progress and a sweet nature beneath his street-wise exterior.

Abang survived because of kindness — first from students who cared, and now from a shelter that protects him.
We hope that one day, Abang will find a home where he will never be chased away again, only welcomed.

Annabelle was found wandering the Kedonganan beach with her siblings, trying to stay close to one another as they searched for food and safety. Even at such a young age, life had already been hard on them. Annabelle suffered from severe skin issues and parasites, leaving her uncomfortable and vulnerable, but through it all, her gentle nature never faded.

From the moment Annabelle came into our care, her sweetness was impossible to miss. Despite everything she had been through, she leaned into affection, seeking comfort and connection rather than fear. With proper medical treatment, good food, and consistent love, her body began to heal — and her soft personality shone even brighter.

Annabelle is a loving soul who adores human attention. She enjoys cuddles, follows people closely, and seems happiest when she’s near someone who cares. Her calm, affectionate nature makes her a joy to be around, and she has brought so much warmth to everyone she meets.

Barney’s life began on the streets of Jimbaran, where he was found alone by one of our volunteers — just a puppy, far too young to be facing the world on his own. His little body told a painful story. His skin was in terrible condition, sore and inflamed, and he bore the marks of being attacked by other dogs. Life on the streets had already been cruel to him.

Despite everything he had been through, Barney never lost his gentle spirit. From the moment he was picked up, he didn’t flinch or growl — instead, he leaned into human touch, as if he knew help had finally arrived. Even after being hurt, he chose trust.

At the shelter, Barney slowly began to heal. With proper care, treatment, and regular meals, his skin started to improve and his wounds began to close. But what never needed fixing was his heart. Barney remained soft, calm, and affectionate, always seeking quiet reassurance and staying close to the people caring for him.

Today, Barney is a reminder of how resilient animals can be. He shows us that even after pain and fear, kindness can still be met with trust. Barney may have had a rough start, but his gentle nature and faith in humans prove that love can survive even the hardest beginnings — and that sometimes, the ones who have suffered the most are the ones who love the deepest.

Bella’s life changed in a moment of pure terror.

She was spotted at Hideaway Residence in Ungasan, a small cat running for her life as dogs chased her relentlessly. Bella tried to escape, but she couldn’t outrun them. Trapped, exhausted, and with nowhere left to go, she was moments away from a tragic end.

That’s when help arrived.
Bella was rescued just in time and brought to safety, shaking and terrified but alive. Her body showed the signs of fear and stress, yet her spirit hadn’t given up. Once the danger was gone, Bella slowly began to realize she was safe. No more chasing. No more fear. No more running.

Cakwe is a sweet and gentle soul who had a tough start to life. Born on the streets, she relied completely on her mum Gemblung to keep her warm and fed. Chiki’s life on the streets became especially dangerous because of where she was living.

She was found near a hotel in Sanur that does not allow animals anywhere near its premises. For a small street cat like Chiki, that meant constant fear — being chased away, having nowhere safe to rest, and never knowing when she might be forced to run again.

Day after day, Chiki tried to survive in a place that didn’t want her. She searched for scraps, hid when she could, and stayed alert at all times. Living so close to people but never being allowed kindness took its toll. She was tired, stressed, and vulnerable.

When she was rescued, Chiki was scared but gentle, clearly used to being pushed aside. Once safe, she slowly began to relax. With food, water, and a quiet place to rest, she no longer had to watch every movement or be ready to flee.
Away from the hotel and the constant rejection, Chiki could finally just be a cat.

Cireng is full of energy and joy. Even as a tiny street-born puppy, he was always wriggling and wagging his tail. After rescue, his playful personality truly shone through. Cuplis came into our lives about a year and a half ago. We found him on the streets—weak, skinny, and carrying a story we will probably never fully know. All we knew was that he needed help, love, and a safe place to rest.

When he first arrived at our old temporary shelter in Ungasan, Cuplis was extremely timid. He kept his distance, never caused trouble, and preferred to stay quietly by himself. Maybe it was fear… maybe it was the memories of whatever he had been through before we found him.

Now, Cuplis lives with us at our new shelter. He’s still a gentle, quiet soul—not the type to run around or mingle with the other dogs. But he has slowly learned to trust again. These days, he walks closer when we approach, gives a soft tail wag, and offers shy little glances that say, “I’m trying… I just need time.”

Cuplis is calm, sweet, and kind-hearted. And while he gets along fine, we truly believe Cuplis might be a perfect solo dog in a loving home—where he doesn’t have to compete for affection and can receive all the love, stability, and attention he deserves.

Husky is a soft, gentle soul with the kindest eyes. Lovable by nature, he has a calm sweetness about him that makes you feel at ease the moment you meet him.

He was dumped in front of our temporary shelter in Ungasan — left behind without explanation, as if his life didn’t matter. But despite that heartbreak, Husky never lost his gentle spirit. He walked in quietly, trusting, hoping that this time someone would care.

Jamie is Peanut’s brother and one of the sons of Demplon. He was found in a field alongside his siblings, small, vulnerable, and unsure of what the world had in store for them. Their start in life was tough, but even in those early days, Jamie showed a quiet resilience.

While Peanut is bold and full of cheeky energy, Jamie is more thoughtful and gentle by nature. Once he felt safe, his personality began to shine through. He enjoys playtime and exploring his surroundings, but he’s just as happy staying close to the people he trusts, watching the world and soaking up affection.

Jamie forms strong bonds and finds comfort in companionship. He does best when he has company, whether that’s another dog or humans who are around for much of the day. He thrives on routine, reassurance, and being part of a loving environment.

Juliet arrived at our temporary shelter with 11 other cats, carried in on a promise that was never kept.

A chicken vendor brought them to us, explaining that he needed a short time to find proper housing and swearing he would return once it was sorted. Trusting his words and wanting to protect the cats, we agreed to help.
But he never came back.

For Juliet, the change was sudden and confusing. One moment she was with the person she knew, and the next she was left behind in an unfamiliar place, waiting for someone who would never return. Days turned into weeks, and slowly it became clear that the promise had been empty.

Despite the abandonment, Juliet remained gentle and calm. She adapted quietly to shelter life, accepting care and comfort from new hands. There was no anger in her — only a soft resilience and a quiet strength that carried her forward.

What was meant to be temporary became her reality, but Juliet’s story doesn’t end with being left behind. She is safe now, cared for, and surrounded by compassion.

She was rescued in front of Kimia Farma in Sanur, found near a trash can — a place no cat should have to call home. Kopi was a street dog who gave birth in a narrow alley near a small food stall in Seminyak during the heavy rains of February 2025.

Sadly, despite our efforts, none of Kopi’s puppies survived. It was a heartbreaking loss — one that no mother should have to endure.

Leo was born at our shelter — but his story began long before that, with his mama, Lupi.

Lupi’s rescue started after a heartbreaking video surfaced on Facebook showing someone kicking her head and laughing. We knew we had to help her. After searching for her location, we finally managed to rescue her from that awful situation. She was scared, shaken, and pregnant.

Safely at our shelter, Lupi gave birth to four puppies.
Only three survived — Leo, Louie, and Lucy — tiny little miracles who grew up loved and protected from their very first breath.

Lucy has since been adopted, while Leo and Louie remain at the shelter alongside their mama. All pups have now completed their full vaccination series, and Mama Lupi has been spayed so she can finally rest and live without fear.

Leo is a sweet, bright, and affectionate boy.

Maung was rescued from a hotel area in Sanur — a place where animals were not welcome and survival was especially hard.

When he was found, his condition was alarming. Both of Maung’s legs were extremely swollen, making it painful for him to move. Every step looked like an effort, and it was clear he had been suffering for some time with no help and nowhere safe to rest.

Living around the hotel meant constant stress — being chased away, having to keep moving, and never being able to properly recover. For a cat already in pain, this made his situation even more desperate.

Once Maung was brought into our care, he finally had the chance to stop running. He received treatment, rest, and the comfort of a safe space. Slowly, with medical care and regular meals, his body began to recover, and the swelling started to ease.

Despite everything, Maung remained gentle. There was no aggression, only quiet endurance — a cat who had survived far more than he ever should have had to.
Maung deserves a future free from pain and fear — a life where he is safe, cared for, and never again forced to suffer in silence.

Millie was rescued with her mum Molly and her siblings after being left in harsh conditions with no food or water. The landowner didn’t want the dogs and showed no compassion for their situation.

Thanks to Lucie and Stephanie, Millie’s story changed. They paid to take the dogs and ensured they were brought safely to our shelter. Now, Millie is thriving — playful, content, and finally able to enjoy life without fear or hunger.

Mochi, her babies (Cilok, Sempol and Kimchi), were rescued in early December 2024 after a heartbreaking situation in the Nusa Dua area. Mochi gave birth at a small rented kost, but instead of being protected, she and her newborn babies were not welcomed. Despite the puppies being extremely young, the property owner wanted them gone — and Mochi and her babies were about to be dumped.

We couldn’t let that happen.
That’s when we stepped in and rescued Mochi and all her puppies, bringing them to safety at our shelter. Thanks to timely rescue and proper care, Mochi proved to be a wonderful mama — gentle, loving, and incredibly resilient.

Today, Mochi, Sempol, Cilok and Kimchi are still at the shelter. They are affectionate, playful, and absolutely love human attention. Two of Mochi’s other puppies have already found their forever homes, and now we are hoping the same for this sweet little family.

Our biggest wish is for Mochi, Sempol, Cilok and Kimchi to find loving families and a place to truly call home — where they can spend their days feeling safe, loved, and happy.

They’ve survived a rough beginning. Now they deserve a beautiful future.

Mpus looked like a tiny tiger the day we found her — bold stripes, fierce markings, and eyes that still had a spark, even though her little body was exhausted. But her rescue wasn’t fierce at all.

She had been dumped on the side of the road inside a rough hessian bag, tossed away like rubbish. When we opened the bag, a skinny, trembling cat blinked up at us, too weak to move and covered in fleas. She must have been trapped in there for hours, maybe longer, scared, confused, and wondering why this had happened to her.

The moment we lifted her out, everything changed. We freed her from the hessian bag, cleaned her up, and gave her food — real food, not scraps she had once fought for. She was so hungry she could barely pause between bites. With a warm bed, flea treatment, and gentle hands, Mpus finally rested safely for the first time in who knows how long.

And underneath all the fear, her tiger spirit started to show.

As she grew stronger, we discovered that Mpus is brave, playful, and full of attitude. Her coat still looks like a tiger’s, but her heart is soft — she loves gentle strokes, warm naps, and feeling safe.

Mpus survived something no animal should ever endure, yet she didn’t lose her spark.

Today she walks around proudly, stripes glowing, a tiny tiger who refused to give up. She’s safe now. Loved. And her future will be nothing like her past.

Ongol was found on the streets of Denpasar — an old, strong survivor whose body tells the story of a life that was never easy. The scars he carries are proof of years spent fighting to survive as a street cat, where every day meant defending himself, finding food, and staying alive.

Despite his tough past, Ongol-Ongol is not aggressive. He is an alpha male, confident and dominant, which is why he would do best as the only cat in the household. He enjoys having his own space and doesn’t like competition.

That said, with proper and slow introductions, Ongol-Ongol can coexist with other cats. When he feels safe and respected, his true personality shines through — he is actually a calm, affectionate, and cuddly cat who enjoys human attention.

Ongol-Ongol doesn’t ask for much. He simply wants stability, respect, and a home where he can finally rest after a lifetime of survival.

He is best suited for an experienced adopter who understands alpha cats and is willing to give him the patience and space he needs.
In return, Ongol-Ongol will offer loyalty, calm companionship, and quiet affection.

Peter’s life began outside a shop in Uluwatu, where he and his sister Peaches were found with tight packaging string cruelly wrapped around their necks. What should have been a place of safety became a place of fear and pain, and these tiny puppies were left to suffer.

After convincing the shop owner to let them go, Peter was finally freed. The moment he had food and fresh water, everything changed. Despite what he endured, Peter showed incredible resilience. He quickly learned that hands can be kind and that life can be gentle.

Today, Peter is a happy, playful boy who loves attention and enjoys being close to people. He has overcome his trauma remarkably fast and is now ready to continue his journey toward a loving forever home where he will never be hurt again.

Putih is always close by, quietly following along and never wanting to miss a moment. Wherever you go, Putih is there — watching, waiting, ready to join in. And the moment you call his name, his whole body comes to life, wiggling with happiness as his excitement takes over.

As the son of Manis, Putih carries a gentle and affectionate nature. He’s the kind of dog who shows his love through constant presence and joyful little movements, letting you know he’s happy just to be near you. His wiggly greetings never fail to bring smiles and laughter.

On 17 November, seven young souls were found on the streets — scared, confused, and deeply traumatized by humans. Life before rescue had clearly not been kind to them. Every sudden movement made them flinch, every human presence filled them with fear.

We named them Riley, Rosie, Roxy, Rika, Rumi, Robin, and Reyna — a small step toward giving them identity, dignity, and a fresh start.

Sky is a gentle mother cat whose strength showed itself in the hardest of circumstances. She was rescued around Seminyak with her babies, doing everything she could to protect them while living on the streets. Life outside was dangerous, but Sky never stopped putting her kittens first.

Despite the fear and uncertainty, Sky remained calm and devoted. She kept her babies close, nurturing them with all the love she had, even when food and shelter were scarce. Her quiet bravery carried her family through until help finally arrived.

Rescue brought Sky and her babies the safety they desperately needed. With warmth, food, and care, Sky could finally relax, knowing her kittens were protected. Now, her sweet and affectionate nature is beginning to shine as she enjoys gentle attention and peaceful rest.

Sky’s story is one of motherhood, resilience, and love. She deserves a future filled with comfort and security — a home where she can finally be cared for as deeply as she once cared for her babies.

Suki was found by one of our volunteers in the middle of the main road in Uluwatu, struggling to walk and desperately trying to pull herself to safety. Her back legs twitched uncontrollably — the lasting reminder of surviving distemper — and she was exhausted, frightened, and alone.

She was immediately rushed to the vet, where she stayed for a long period of treatment and recovery. Slowly, Suki’s strength returned. She learned how to balance better, how to move with more confidence, and how to trust the humans caring for her.

Today, Suki is safe at our shelter, surrounded by people who adore her gentle spirit. Although her legs still twitch from time to time, it doesn’t stop her from being happy, affectionate, and ready for love. Suki absolutely lives for cuddles — the moment she feels a warm hand or soft hug, she melts with gratitude.

After everything she’s been through, Suki deserves a forever home where she will be cherished, protected, and embraced just the way she is. She’s a survivor, a sweetheart, and a reminder that even the toughest beginnings can lead to the most beautiful new chapters.

T-Rex was rescued this year together with his fellow community cats from the same area where Mina, Abang, Yuppie, and Tina once lived. He was part of a group of street cats cared for by Veterinary Medicine students from Udayana University, who regularly fed and looked after them with kindness.

Sadly, the situation changed suddenly.
The kost owner, who owned a large dog, forced the students to leave and demanded that the street cats be chased away as well. With their caregivers gone, T-Rex and the others were left vulnerable — and that’s when we stepped in to rescue them.

T-Rex was born with a disability — one of his front legs is bent. But this has never stopped him from living a happy, comfortable life. He moves well, adapts easily, and proves every day that limitations do not define his happiness.

T-Rex is a very affectionate cat. He loves human company and especially enjoys sleeping close to you, quietly sharing warmth and comfort. His presence is calming, and his gentle nature makes him incredibly special.

T-Rex is living proof that a cat with special needs can still live a joyful, loving life.
All he needs is a home that will accept him just as he is.

Ubi was rescued from a small warung near the Nusa Dua area when she was just a tiny puppy. At that time, she was severely malnourished, weak, and suffering from serious skin issues.

Life started very hard for Ubi, but she held on. With proper care, food, and treatment, she slowly began to heal. Today, Ubi is a reminder of how love and timely rescue can change a life that almost slipped through the cracks.

From a fragile puppy behind a roadside warung, Ubi is now safe — and every day, she grows stronger.

Wooyoo’s story began on a quiet morning behind our shelter, deep in the jungle path we walk every day. One of our staff heard soft whimpers coming from the trees, and when we followed the sound, we found her—tiny, skinny, and covered in fleas, but still standing bravely as if she was trying to protect someone.

She had been dumped there by our landlord, left with nothing but fear and confusion. Yet even in that moment, Wooyoo’s tail gave the smallest wag, as if she still believed something good was coming.

From the moment we picked her up, Wooyoo showed us who she truly is: outgoing, playful, and full of life. She greeted the other dogs with a happy bounce, and within hours she was exploring, sniffing, and trying to make friends with everyone at the shelter. Her courage is incredible—after everything she went through, she chose to trust again.

Today, Wooyoo is healthy, full of confidence, and absolutely thriving. She loves other dogs, loves people, and loves to be part of whatever is going on. She is sunshine in dog form, and we know she will bring endless joy to the family lucky enough to adopt her.

Zeus’s life began far too early and completely alone.

He was found by an Airbnb in Bingin when he was only a couple of weeks old — tiny, helpless, and without his mother. At that age, kittens shouldn’t be surviving on their own. The odds were stacked heavily against him.
But Zeus had a fighting spirit.

Once rescued, he was given the round-the-clock care a baby kitten needs. Warmth, feeding, and constant attention helped him grow stronger each day. From such a fragile beginning, Zeus blossomed into a loving, confident little soul.
What makes Zeus truly special is his affection. He adores cuddles and has the sweetest habit of rubbing his face against yours, as if to say thank you for loving him. He thrives on connection and seeks out comfort whenever he can.

Zeus also has a wonderfully social nature. He gets along beautifully with dogs and other cats, fitting in wherever he goes with gentle ease.

From being found alone and vulnerable, Zeus has grown into a cat full of love. He deserves a forever home where he can give endless cuddles, make friends of all kinds, and never again know what it feels like to be alone.

Abu is a quiet, resilient girl who knows what it means to be left behind. She was one of the cats abandoned by the chicken vendor, along with several others, forced to survive without care or protection. Life after being dumped was harsh, filled with hunger, uncertainty, and the constant need to stay alert.

Through it all, Abu endured. She learned to be cautious, to observe before trusting, and to conserve her strength. Beneath that careful exterior is a gentle soul who simply needed a chance to feel safe again.

Arthur’s first weeks of life were spent on Kedonganan Beach, where he and his three siblings were left to fend for themselves. Still just puppies, they were already battling painful skin problems, parasites, and constant hunger. The beach was no place for such young lives, and every day tested their strength.

When Arthur was finally brought to safety, it was clear how much he had been through. He was unsure and guarded at first, taking everything in quietly, unsure if this new situation could be trusted. But behind his cautious nature was a gentle puppy who had simply never known comfort or consistency.

Arthur was given the chance to recover in a foster home, where he spent a month receiving proper care, routine, and kindness. During that time, his health steadily improved and his confidence began to grow. Once strong enough, he returned to the shelter alongside his siblings — healthier, calmer, and more at ease.

Arthur enjoys playtime but often chooses to stay close to those he knows best. The bond he shares with his siblings runs deep, shaped by the early days they survived together. As he continues to settle, his sweet and playful personality is starting to shine through.
Arthur has already come so far from the fragile puppy found on the beach. While he is doing well at the shelter, what he truly needs now is a forever home — a family who will offer patience, stability, and the love he was once denied.

Bebe was born into danger.His first days of life were spent on the dusty streets of Ungasan, where loud trucks, fast motorbikes, and hunger were constant threats. He had no home, no soft bed, no safety — only his mama, Momo, who fought every single day to keep him alive.

Bebe wasn’t supposed to be alone. He had a sibling — another tiny pup who shared the same shaky start. But life on the road is unforgiving, especially for babies. Before help arrived, Bebe’s sibling was hit by a car and didn’t make it. Little Bebe became the only survivor of his litter. Still, he kept going.Still, he followed his mama everywhere, his small paws padding behind her as she searched for scraps near a construction site. The workers tried their best to share a little food when they could, but it was never enough. Bebe was thin, tired, and far too young to understand why life was so hard.

Then one day, everything changed. A rescuer’s partner spotted Momo and Bebe on the main road and knew they needed help. When she came back looking for them, she found them huddled by the workers’ station — hungry, dirty, and fighting to survive. It was Bebe’s turn to be carried to safety.

When he was picked up, he didn’t struggle. He simply pressed his tiny body against his rescuer, as if he knew that life was finally giving him a chance. From that moment on, Bebe was no longer a street puppy. He was a baby who mattered. Now he is warm, fed, and finally experiencing a childhood he never had on the streets — playing, exploring, sleeping without fear, and always staying close to his mama.

Bebe survived because he’s a fighter. He is growing because he is loved. And his future will be nothing like his past. One day, Bebe will be someone’s whole world. For now, he is safe… and that is everything.

Billie is one of the sons of Mama Demplon, a brave and devoted mama who gave birth to nine puppies during Bali’s heavy rainy season in February 2025. At the time, Mama Demplon was sheltering in a secluded, muddy area, doing everything she could to keep her newborn babies safe from the relentless rain and flooding.

Rescuing the family was no easy task. It took two full days, along with the help of a dog catcher, pet transport, and endless patience, to finally bring Mama Demplon and all nine of her puppies — including Billie — to safety.

From the beginning, Billie stood out as a confident and curious little boy. While the storms raged around him in his earliest days, he grew into a pup with a bright spirit and a playful energy. Growing up at the shelter, Billie has loved exploring his surroundings, wrestling with his siblings, and checking out anything new with excitement and bravery.

Billie has a sweet, affectionate side too. He enjoys attention, happily soaking up pats and praise, and often stays close to the people he trusts. He carries his mama’s resilience with him, balanced by a friendly, loving nature that makes him a joy to be around.

Since that difficult start in the rain, Billie has grown stronger and healthier every day. Now safe and thriving, he’s ready for the next chapter of his life.

Billie is officially ready to find his forever home — a family who will love him, guide him, and give him the security he never had at the beginning of his life. He survived a challenging start, and with the right family, his future can be full of love, adventure, and happiness.

Bobon has lived a long, hard life on the streets.

By the time we found him, his age showed in every careful step he took. His body was thin, tired, and worn down by years of surviving on his own. On top of that, Bobon was suffering from a severe skin condition — his fur patchy, his skin sore and inflamed, clearly causing him constant discomfort and pain.

For an old cat, the streets are especially cruel. There is no soft place to rest, no reliable food, no one to notice when something is wrong. Bobon endured it all quietly, asking nothing from the world except to survive another day.

When Bobon finally came into our care, he was exhausted but gentle. Despite everything he had been through, he showed no anger, no fear — just a quiet acceptance, as if he was relieved that someone had finally seen him.

With treatment, regular meals, and a safe place to sleep, Bobon can now begin to heal. His skin is being cared for, his body supported, and for the first time in a long while, he doesn’t have to worry about where his next meal will come from or whether he’ll make it through the night.

Bobon may be old, but he still deserves comfort, dignity, and love.
After a lifetime of hardship, we hope his remaining years will be filled not with pain, but with warmth, care, and the peace of knowing he is finally safe.

Bubu is a strong, confident boy with the heart of a survivor. He was rescued near Intercon Jimbaran, where life on the streets had taken a heavy toll on him. When he was found, Bubu was skinny and covered in ticks, his body showing clear signs of neglect and hardship.

Despite his condition, Bubu had been surviving thanks to the kindness of a nearby laundry shop, where people shared what little food they could. Those small acts of compassion helped keep him going until rescue finally came.

Bubu is an alpha male — self-assured, alert, and naturally protective. Life on the streets shaped him into a dog who knows how to stand his ground, but it never took away his ability to trust once he felt safe. With proper care, treatment, and regular meals, Bubu began to regain his strength and confidence.

Today, Bubu is thriving. He carries himself proudly, no longer fighting to survive but learning what it means to be cared for. With the right guidance and a home that understands his strong personality, Bubu will be a loyal and devoted companion — a powerful reminder of how resilience and kindness can change a life.

Charles was found alone in a bush in Jimbaran, barely visible and terrified. He was extremely skinny, his body weak from not having been fed for a long time. When he was discovered, he was shaking with fear, unsure if the hands reaching out to him would bring harm or help.

Those first moments told the story of a dog who had been forgotten. Hunger had taken its toll, and fear had become his constant companion. But even then, there was a quiet gentleness about Charles, a sense that he was holding on to hope, no matter how small.

Candy was found on the streets of Jimbaran with her sister Susu, barely surviving and desperately searching for food. Living near local housing didn’t mean safety — it meant constant hunger, fear, and uncertainty.

Candy is a little fighter. She is alert, curious, and growing stronger every day. While she had to be brave from the start, Candy is now discovering how nice it feels to be warm, fed, and loved. Her playful side is beginning to shine as she learns that humans can be kind.

Candy deserves a future where survival is no longer her responsibility — a home filled with food, comfort, and love for the rest of her life.

Cleo’s story began outside a small warung in Denpasar, where the street was her only home. She stayed close to the restaurant, hoping for scraps, attention, or simply a safe place to rest. Life there was uncertain, but it was all she knew.

A shelter stepped in and took Cleo to safety, caring for her for a month. But Cleo was frightened and confused. The streets called her back, and she escaped, running all the way to the warung she knew. Sadly, when she returned, the shelter owner did not come to get her.

The situation quickly became dangerous. The owners of the warung did not want Cleo near their restaurant and began threatening to kill her. A gentle dog who had already been abandoned once was suddenly facing the very real risk of losing her life simply for existing.

Cleo is a sensitive soul. She loves going for walks and lights up when she’s out exploring, but loud voices and sudden movements scare her easily. What she truly needs isn’t the street or another uncertain stop — she needs a loving home. A place where she can feel safe, be cuddled, and be shown that humans can be kind.

With gentle love, patience, and reassurance, Cleo will flourish. She has already survived so much, and all she is asking for now is a chance — a calm, caring home where she can finally relax, trust, and be loved the way she deserves.

Her mama, Dani, was heavily pregnant and wandering the streets, searching for safety when her puppies decided it was time to arrive. With nowhere else to go, Mama Dani gave birth there, bringing seven tiny lives into the world.

Daisy was one of those seven precious pups.

By pure luck and kindness, Mama Dani met a compassionate woman named Hayley, who stayed by her side through the birth and made sure the puppies were safe during their first fragile hours. Hayley wanted nothing more than to protect them, but she was only visiting Bali and Mama Dani couldn’t remain at the hotel. Desperate to keep the little family together, Hayley reached out everywhere, hoping someone would say yes.
After many closed doors, she finally reached us.

We couldn’t turn away a new mother and her newborn babies with nowhere to go. So we welcomed Mama Dani and her seven puppies into our care, including tiny Daisy. From that moment on, Daisy knew warmth, safety, and love. No more cold floors or uncertainty — just soft bedding, gentle hands, and a mother who could finally relax and focus on her babies.

Mama Dani is a beautiful soul — gentle, friendly, and deeply devoted. She watches over Daisy and her siblings with quiet strength, greeting us with trusting eyes and a wagging tail, as if she knows her family is finally safe.

Dexter made his entrance into the world with attitude. Born in early November 2025 in the Nusa Dua area, he was one of seven puppies delivered by Mama Dani after she’d been wandering the streets looking for a safe place. Even from the start, Dexter had a spark.

Thanks to the kindness of a woman named Hayley, Mama Dani and her pups were kept safe until they could come into our care. Once at the shelter, Dexter quickly discovered the joys of full bellies, warm beds, and plenty of attention — and he’s been making the most of it ever since.

Dexter is curious, playful, and just a little bit mischievous. He loves to explore, steal hearts (and toys), and bring smiles wherever he goes. Growing up safe and loved has allowed his cheeky personality to shine.

When fully vaccinated, Dexter will be ready to find his forever home — one that can keep up with his fun-loving spirit and give him all the love he deserves.

Dorothy arrived into the world quietly, almost as if she didn’t want to make a fuss. While her mama, Dani, was searching for safety in Nusa Dua in early November 2025, her puppies decided it was time to come — right there on a hotel patio. Surrounded by uncertainty, seven tiny lives were born, and Dorothy was one of them.

A kind-hearted woman named Hayley noticed Mama Dani and stayed with her through the birth, offering comfort and calm during a moment that could have ended very differently. Hayley did everything she could to help, but as a traveller, she had limited options. Mama Dani and her puppies couldn’t stay at the hotel, and despite reaching out for help, there was nowhere for them to go.

At first, Freddie was scared of everything. That fear slowly softened into shyness, and over time, that shyness bloomed into the cheeky, lovable personality we see today. As he began to feel safe, his true self emerged — playful, curious, and full of life.

With proper care, patience, and love, Freddie’s skin began to heal, and so did his spirit. He discovered how wonderful it feels to play freely, to explore without fear, and to curl up close to humans who care for him. Today, he is affectionate and gentle, always seeking connection, always happy to share a cuddle or follow you around just to be near.

Freddie has come so far since that stormy day he was rescued. He is now healthy, safe, and thriving — a beautiful reminder of what compassion can do.

Today, Ireng is safe at the shelter. She is a calm and quiet cat, preferring peaceful spaces and solitude. Ireng enjoys sleeping, resting, and keeping to herself. She isn’t demanding or loud — her presence is gentle, almost fragile, as if she’s still healing from something we may never fully understand.

We don’t know what trauma Ireng experienced before or during her time on the streets, but it’s clear that life hasn’t been easy for her. Still, she remains soft, calm, and dignified in her own quiet way.

Today, Kendil is thriving. He’s proof that even after being abandoned, a dog can still choose joy. All Kendil wants now is a loving home where he can keep playing, growing, and being the happy, tough little boy he was always meant to be.

King’s story is similar to Leo and Shizuka. He was abandoned by the same chicken vendor who promised temporary shelter and then disappeared, leaving the animals behind with no intention of coming back.

That’s how King became part of our shelter family — not by choice, but by abandonment.

Despite this, King has an incredibly loving heart. He is very affectionate, cuddly, and loves human attention. King enjoys being close, being touched, and soaking up all the love he can get. His gentle and sweet nature makes it impossible not to fall for him.

Kue is one of the daughters of Mama Demplon and the sister of Brodie, sharing the same brave beginning that shaped her gentle soul. Born during Bali’s heavy rainy season, Kue arrived into a world that was cold, wet, and uncertain. Along with her mama and siblings, she survived those difficult early days until rescue brought them to safety.

Where Brodie shines with his big smile, Kue captures hearts with her quiet sweetness. She is soft, gentle, and observant — the kind of girl who watches first, then slowly comes closer with trust. Once she feels safe, her affectionate nature shows, and she melts into gentle attention and calm companionship.

Last year, a chicken vendor contacted us and asked for help. He said he was moving and needed a temporary place for 11 cats, including Leo, and 2 dogs. We agreed to help and took them in, believing it would only be for a short time.
After two weeks, the man disappeared.
We were no longer able to contact him, and the animals were never picked up.
That’s how Leo became part of our shelter family.

Leo is a male cat with a very gentle soul. He is calm, affectionate, and incredibly sweet. Not long after he arrived, we discovered that Leo was suffering from FLUTD (Feline Lower Urinary Tract Disease). With proper veterinary care, treatment, and diet, his condition has significantly improved.

Fear filled her eyes, and yet beneath the trauma, she carried something precious: unborn puppies. We couldn’t look away. We searched, followed every lead, and finally found her. When she was rescued, Lupi was terrified, trembling, and heavily pregnant — but she was finally safe.

At the shelter, Lupi slowly began to understand that no one would hurt her anymore. In time, she gave birth to four puppies. Only three survived — Leo, Louie, and Lucy. Though she had endured cruelty no animal ever should, Lupi became the gentlest, most devoted mother. She protected her babies fiercely, nurturing them with a tenderness that showed just how much love still lived inside her despite everything she had been through.

Lucy has since found a loving home, while Leo and Louie remain at the shelter with their mama. All of her puppies are now fully vaccinated, healthy, and thriving. Lupi herself has been spayed, marking the end of a chapter filled with fear and uncertainty — and the beginning of one where she can finally rest.

Lupi is a quiet soul. She doesn’t demand attention, but she deeply appreciates kindness. She loves calm affection, gentle voices, and simply being near those she trusts. Her eyes tell a story of survival, but also of forgiveness and hope.

Margareth’s life started on the sands of Kedonganan Beach, where she and her three siblings struggled to survive. They were just tiny puppies — weak, itchy from skin issues, and Margareth’s belly was bloated from poor nutrition and parasites. Life at the beach was rough, and every day was a fight.

When we rescued them, Margareth was feisty, scared, and trying her best to protect herself in the only way she knew. But beneath that tough first impression was just a baby who had never known safety or love.

Thankfully, we found a foster home for Margareth, and she stayed there for a month, receiving care, comfort, and the chance to heal. Today, she is back at the shelter with her siblings — stronger, healthier, and so much happier.

Margareth loves to play actively, but she tends to stick to her siblings. Maybe it’s the bond they built while surviving together, maybe it’s the comfort of familiarity after everything they’ve gone through. But even with her little pack, she’s starting to open up more and show her sweet, goofy side.

Mia is one of Molly’s girls, and her early life was marked by neglect and uncertainty. She and her family were living in Ubud without food or water, unwanted and ignored. The landowner refused responsibility and wanted them removed.

Lucie and Stephanie stepped in when no one else would, paying to rescue Mia and her family and sending them to our shelter. Today, Mia is living a peaceful, happy life, surrounded by love, proper care, and the security every dog deserves.

Milo is a male dog who was rescued in Jimbaran after being found with one eye badly swollen and bleeding. His condition looked frightening, and we rushed him to the vet immediately.

After thorough examinations, we learned that Milo had been suffering from a long-term tumor that had damaged his nasal area. It was a difficult diagnosis, but Milo proved to be a fighter.

With intensive veterinary care and chemotherapy, Milo went through a long healing journey. Today, we are incredibly grateful to say that Milo is now tumor-free.

Despite everything he endured, Milo’s spirit never faded. He is an incredibly playful, affectionate, and loving dog. He enjoys human interaction, loves attention, and is always ready for fun. Milo is also a smart boy who understands basic commands like “sit” and “hand.”

Milo survived pain, treatment, and uncertainty — and now he deserves a forever home filled with love, playtime, and gentle care.

Molly is the brave mum who held her little family together. She was found in Ubud with her puppies, struggling to survive on land where they were unwanted and neglected, with no food or water to sustain them. Despite everything, Molly stayed with her babies, doing her best to protect them.

Lucie and Stephanie stepped in when it mattered most, paying the landowner to release the dogs and arranging for them to come to our shelter. Now, Molly and her puppies are safe, living happy, secure lives. Molly no longer has to worry about survival — she can finally rest, knowing her family is protected.

Nova’s life began beneath a bridge, hidden from the world and surrounded by danger. Together with her sister Ayu, she tried to survive on the streets, where food was scarce and kindness even rarer. Both girls were extremely malnourished, their small bodies showing just how hard life had been for them for far too long.


When they were finally found, Nova stayed pressed close to Ayu, as if the only safety she knew came from her sister’s presence. She was shy and unsure, watching quietly while Ayu took the lead. Every new sound and movement made her pause, but she never let her sister out of sight.

In care, Nova began her slow journey to healing. Good food helped her grow stronger, and gentle hands taught her that not all humans bring harm. She still prefers to stay close to Ayu, finding comfort in the bond they built while surviving together under that bridge.

Nova may be quiet and reserved, but behind her shyness is a gentle soul who has already endured more than any puppy ever should. With patience, love, and the security of her sister by her side, Nova is learning that the world can be a safe and beautiful place after all.

Panu is a ginger kitten who was rescued from the street after a report from a tourist. He was found alone, trying to survive on his own, far too young to be on the streets.

Now safe at the shelter, Panu shows his true personality. He is a sweet, affectionate kitten who enjoys attention and loves to sleep peacefully after playtime. Like most kittens, he has his bursts of energy, but his favorite thing is curling up and resting near people.

Panu deserves a loving home where he can grow, feel safe, and be spoiled the way every kitten should.

Poleng has been with us for a very long time — he is our second longest resident, and in many ways, he is part of the heart of the shelter.

While so many animals come and go, Poleng has stayed. Days have turned into months, and months into years, with Poleng quietly watching others find their forever homes while he continues to wait. He has seen new arrivals come in frightened and unsure, and he has seen them leave with families of their own.

Through it all, Poleng has remained steady. Shelter life became his routine — familiar faces, familiar sounds, and a space he knows well. He has adapted with patience and resilience, never demanding attention, never giving up hope.

Long-term residents like Poleng are often the most overlooked, not because they lack love to give, but because time has passed and their story has faded into the background. Yet Poleng’s loyalty, gentleness, and calm presence speak volumes.

Risoles and her daughter, Kroket, were dumped by a foreigner right in front of our temporary shelter in Ungasan back in 2024. They arrived scared, confused, and clinging to each other for comfort. From that moment on, it was clear that these two share a bond that’s impossible to break.

Kroket has always stayed by Mama Risoles’ side — her little shadow, her protector, her source of joy.
Risoles, the mama, is a calm and gentle soul. Sometimes she still seems to remember the home she once had, and at the shelter she can be a bit scared around other dogs. But when you spend time with her, she blossoms into the sweetest, most loving girl.

And when Risoles feels sad or unsure, Kroket is always the first one to zoom around, play, and try to cheer her up. She makes her mama feel safe. She makes her feel loved.

Together, they are playful, cuddly, and incredibly sweet — two dogs who only ask for kindness and a place to belong.

Today, Sanur’s surviving kittens are growing stronger, each one a small miracle born from difficult beginnings. Sanur herself is gentle, devoted, and resilient — a cat who gave everything she had to her babies even when her own life had been uncertain.

Snopy’s story is one of strength and endurance against impossible odds. He was also one of the 13 one-month-old puppies dumped at our temporary shelter, all severely unwell and struggling from the very start.

As the days passed, the shelter became a place of both hope and heartbreak. Despite every effort, Snopy watched as his siblings grew weaker and slipped away. Through illness and exhaustion, he kept fighting — refusing to give up.

Snopy survived alongside his sister Snowy, the only two puppies to make it through. Now stronger and growing every day, Snopy is living proof that resilience comes in the smallest forms. His life honors the siblings who didn’t make it and reminds us why every single rescue matters.

Sunny was born into the world quietly, one of the tiny survivors of a very fragile beginning. From his first days, it was clear he carried a gentle strength — the kind that comes from being nurtured through hardship. While his start in life was uncertain, Sunny grew steadily under Sanur’s devoted care, always tucked close to her warmth.

True to his name, Sunny has a calm, comforting presence. He’s observant and thoughtful, often watching the world before stepping into it. He enjoys soft moments — curling up beside his siblings, soaking in affection, and feeling safe. Sunny may not rush forward, but when he does, it’s with trust and quiet confidence.

Sunny is a reminder that even the softest souls can be strong. He’s growing into a sweet, affectionate boy who will thrive in a home where patience, kindness, and love are part of everyday life.

In the quiet early hours of the morning, when Pecatu was still asleep and the storm was finally beginning to ease, a faint cry rose above the sound of the rain. One of our volunteers stepped into her garden at 2 a.m., following the heartbreaking sound. There, shivering beneath a bush and soaked through from the storm, was a tiny kitten desperately calling for help.

He had been dumped on the main road in Pecatu, alone and terrified. There was no mother in sight, no siblings, no protection — just this fragile little life trying his best to survive.

When our volunteer scooped him up, he melted into her hands. His fur was dripping, his stomach completely empty, and his tiny body crawling with fleas. But even then, he purred. Even then, he hoped.

We named him Thirteen — a name that marks the moment he beat the odds. Instead of being unlucky, Thirteen became a symbol of resilience, strength, and the belief that even the smallest lives deserve a chance.

Today, Thirteen is safe, warm, fed, and loved. He is recovering beautifully with the help of our team, enjoying soft blankets, kitten milk, flea treatment, and more cuddles than he ever imagined possible.

Soon, he will be ready for a home of his very own — one where he will never again face the rain alone.

Ubi was rescued from a small warung near the Nusa Dua area when she was just a tiny puppy. At that time, she was severely malnourished, weak, and suffering from serious skin issues.

Yoshi came into our lives in his own unique way. He arrived at the doorstep of our temporary shelter all on his own, as if he had chosen us. He wasn’t scared, injured, or desperate — just curious and independent.

Instead of moving in, he would visit daily for food, a little affection, and then head back out to continue his adventures. Day after day, he returned like clockwork, reminding us that he trusted us — just on his own terms.

We had Yoshi sterilised to keep him safe and healthy, and when we later moved to our shelter in Jimbaran, Yoshi followed in spirit. True to form, he still preferred to live just outside the gate. That gate became his post, his lookout, and his place in the world.

Today, Yoshi is the gentle greeter of the shelter. He welcomes everyone who arrives, patiently waiting for treats and offering soft eyes and a calm presence in return. Sweet, kind, and quietly loyal, Yoshi reminds us that not every rescue looks the same — and that love doesn’t always mean staying inside, just staying close.

Zara is a beautiful ginger girl with a short tail and a calm, loving presence. She is affectionate and soft-natured, preferring cuddles and quiet moments over rough play. While her siblings tumble and explore, Zara is often found resting in a warm spot or snuggled close to Ziggy.

She has a sweet and trusting soul that makes everyone fall in love with her almost instantly.

Alfie was found living on Kedonganan Beach with his three siblings, trying to survive in conditions no puppy should ever face. Still so young, they were already battling painful skin issues, parasites, and hunger. Alfie’s little body showed the toll of those early days — undernourished, uncomfortable, and exhausted from simply trying to stay alive.

When help finally arrived, Alfie didn’t know what to think. He was cautious and unsure, watching closely, unsure whether this change would bring safety or more uncertainty. But underneath that guarded exterior was a sensitive puppy who had never experienced care or stability.

Alfie spent a month in a foster home, where his world began to change. With proper food, medical treatment, and gentle routines, his health improved and his confidence slowly grew. By the time he returned to the shelter to rejoin his siblings, he was stronger, calmer, and far more at ease.

These days, Alfie is a sweet boy who enjoys playtime but still finds comfort staying close to his siblings — a reminder of the bond they formed while surviving together. As he settles in, his playful and affectionate side is starting to show more and more.

With time, proper nutrition, medical care, and treatment for her skin, Ayu began to heal. Slowly, the soreness faded, her coat improved, and her body grew stronger.

Ayu is still shy and finds comfort in staying close to Nova, but behind her timid nature is a soft, loving soul. She has already shown incredible resilience, surviving a difficult start to life with quiet strength. Now safe and cared for, Ayu is learning that she no longer has to endure pain in silence — a gentler, brighter future is finally within reach.

Becky arrived at our shelter on a day that began with a promise.

A chicken vendor brought her to us along with 11 cats and 2 dogs, explaining that he was in the process of finding housing and would return for them as soon as it was sorted. He asked us to keep them safe just for a short time. Wanting to help, we agreed.
But days passed.
Then weeks.
And he never came back.

Becky had no way of understanding broken promises. She was suddenly surrounded by unfamiliar smells, unfamiliar sounds, and a future she hadn’t chosen. Despite the confusion and upheaval, Becky remained gentle and calm, quietly observing the world around her as if still waiting for the person who left her behind.

While others might have shut down, Becky showed resilience. She adapted to shelter life with a soft strength—accepting care, learning routines, and slowly trusting the hands that now fed and comforted her. She didn’t ask for much, just safety and kindness.

What was meant to be temporary became permanent, but Becky refused to let abandonment define her. She is living proof that even when humans fail them, animals continue to love, forgive, and hope.

Blondie is one of the daughters of Mama Demplon, born on the streets during the heavy rainy season in February 2025. From her very first days, Blondie and her siblings had to survive harsh weather and unsafe conditions — but they made it through.

Now safe at the shelter, Blondie has grown into a joyful and energetic girl. Despite being female, she absolutely loves rough-and-tumble play.
Wrestling, chasing, and running around with the other dogs at the shelter are her favorite things to do.

Blondie is confident, playful, and full of life. She brings fun and energy wherever she goes, and her happy spirit is contagious.

Blondie is ready to find a forever home — a family who will embrace her playful nature and give her the love and space to be herself.

She survived the rain and the streets.

Boni was rescued from the streets together with her identical sibling, Sapi. The two of them looked almost like mirrors of each other — tiny, fragile, covered in skin issues, and shaking with fear. We found them by chance while we were on our way to buy supplies. We had no blanket, no carrier, nothing prepared — just two frightened puppies who clearly needed help.

So we picked them up with our own hands.
Boni trembled the entire motorbike ride to safety. She was confused, scared, and had no idea what was happening — but that ride marked the end of her life on the streets and the beginning of something new.

Since then, Boni has blossomed into a sweet, gentle, and affectionate little girl. Once so frightened, she has learned that hands can be kind and that the world doesn’t always have to be scary. At the shelter, she enjoys quiet moments just as much as playtime, often choosing cuddles and closeness over chaos. Her soft nature and trusting eyes make it impossible not to fall in love with her.

Boni’s transformation is a beautiful reminder of how powerful love and safety can be. She is no longer the trembling puppy found on the roadside — she is a happy, loving girl with so much affection to give.

Buddy is an old dog who was rescued after we received information from a kind French tourist. She noticed Buddy wandering around an Airbnb area, covered in painful skin wounds that clearly hadn’t been treated for a long time.

When Buddy arrived at our shelter, his condition was severe. His skin issues had been neglected for years, and because of his age, healing has been slow and requires patience, consistency, and gentle care.

Despite everything his body has endured, Buddy’s spirit remains soft. He enjoys going for walks, taking his time, sniffing around, and simply being present. He doesn’t ask for much — just comfort, routine, and kindness.

Cilok is one of the daughters of Mama Mochi, a small mama dog we rescued after she gave birth in front of a kost room. Her story began in a tough place, but Cilok has grown into such a lovely little girl.

Cilok absolutely adores humans. She’s cuddly, affectionate, and always ready to be picked up or snuggle in your arms. As a small-breed pup, she’s tiny, cute, and full of softness — the kind of baby who melts your heart the moment you meet her.

She may be little, but her love is big.

Cilok is now ready to find her forever home — someone who will cherish her, spoil her, and give her all the cuddles she loves so much.

Cookie was just a tiny kitten when his life almost ended before it had truly begun.

Mama Dani came into our lives just two weeks ago in early November 2025. She was pregnant, wandering the Nusa Dua area, and ended up giving birth at someone’s hotel patio. She delivered seven precious pups, and thankfully, she met a kind-hearted woman named Hayley who helped her through the birth.

But as much as Hayley wanted to protect her, she was only on holiday — and Mama Dani couldn’t stay at the hotel. Hayley reached out everywhere, trying to find a shelter willing to take them in, but every door seemed to close. Until she reached us.

We knew we couldn’t leave a new mama and her newborn babies with nowhere to go. So we brought Dani and her seven little ones into our care. Today, they are safe, warm, and loved at our shelter.

Mama Dani is a sweetheart — gentle, friendly, and such a devoted mother. She greets us with soft eyes and a wagging tail, as if she knows she’s finally safe.

Once her puppies grow and she is fully spayed, Mama Dani will be ready to find her forever home — a place where she can finally rest, be spoiled, and live the peaceful life she deserves.

And when her pups are fully vaccinated, they will also be available for adoption. Each one deserves a loving family and a bright future.

Derek arrived into the world quietly, almost as if he didn’t want to make a fuss. While his mama, Dani, was searching for safety in Nusa Dua in early November 2025, her puppies decided it was time to come — right there on a hotel patio. From the very beginning, Derek was a gentle soul.

When Mama Dani and her puppies arrived at the shelter, Derek finally felt what safety was. Warm bedding replaced cold tiles, full bellies replaced hunger, and for the first time, Derek could sleep peacefully with his mama and siblings without fear.

Mama Dani is an incredibly devoted mother — calm, nurturing, and endlessly patient. She watches over Derek with a quiet strength, giving her babies the confidence to relax and grow. It’s clear she understands that this place is different — that her family is finally protected.

Dika was rescued when he was just a puppy, at a time when he needed guidance, safety, and a chance to grow into the dog he was always meant to be. From those early days, it was clear that Dika had a strong presence and a natural confidence that set him apart.

As he grew, Dika became one of our bigger dogs — solid, impressive, and impossible to ignore. He carries himself like an alpha, calm and self-assured, with a quiet authority that other dogs respect. But despite his strong leadership energy, Dika’s heart is incredibly soft.

Dika is extremely affectionate and absolutely loves attention. One of his favorite things in the world is placing his big head under your arm, asking — no, insisting — for pats and affection. He thrives on human connection and enjoys being close, soaking up every bit of love he can get.

His balance of strength and sweetness makes Dika truly special. He’s confident without being aggressive, protective without being distant, and affectionate in a way that feels deeply genuine.

Dika survived his early challenges and grew into a powerful, loving dog. Now safe and settled, he’s ready for a forever home with people who will appreciate his alpha nature, give him structure and love, and return the affection he so freely offers.

Draco was born in early November 2025, one of seven puppies welcomed into the world by Mama Dani after she’d been wandering the Nusa Dua area looking for safety. From the start, Draco stood out — not for being loud or brave, but for being delightfully silly.

Thanks to the kindness of a woman named Hayley, Mama Dani and her puppies were kept safe until they could be brought into our care. Once at the shelter, Draco discovered warm beds, full bellies, and people who laugh at his antics — and he’s been entertaining everyone ever since.

Draco is goofy, clumsy, and full of joy. He trips over his own paws, plays like every day is the best day ever, and has a way of turning even quiet moments into something fun. His happy energy is impossible to miss.

When fully vaccinated, Draco will be ready to find his forever home — a family who will adore his silly personality and enjoy plenty of laughter along the way.

Gemblung is a devoted mum who showed incredible strength from the very start. She was rescued after giving birth on the street, trying her best to protect her newborn puppies in an unsafe and unpredictable environment. Despite being exhausted and frightened, Gemblung never stopped caring for her babies. Thanks to rescue, she and her little family were finally brought to safety, where Gemblung could rest and focus on what mattered most — being a loving mother.

Hope was found just a few steps away from where Heidi stood, tucked into a corner of the jungle floor as if trying to make himself invisible. When we approached, he trembled—not aggressive, not vocal, just scared and unsure if he was finally safe.

Like Heidi, he had been dumped behind our shelter by the landlord who no longer wanted them. Hope was heartbreakingly thin, his skin irritated from fleas, and his eyes told us everything: he had been let down before, and he didn’t know if he could trust again.

We carried him gently back to the shelter, wrapped in a towel, and slowly he began to realise nobody was going to hurt him. Unlike Heidi’s outgoing nature, Hope is shy and reserved, taking his time to observe the world before stepping into it. But his sweetness is unmistakable. With the other dogs, he is gentle and calm, and they seem to instinctively protect him.

Over the weeks, Hope has blossomed quietly. He now wags his tail when he sees us, leans in for soft cuddles, and watches the world with eyes that are slowly filling with hope—his name could not be more perfect.

Hope is ready for a patient, loving home where he can feel safe, adored, and taken care of for the rest of his life. With time and kindness, he will give his whole heart in return.

Jack is a little bundle of joy with a big heart. Rescued from the streets near GWK, he started life in a tough and uncertain place. Despite being so young and vulnerable, Jack’s sweet nature was already shining through when help found him.

Cute, cuddly, and full of playful energy, Jack quickly showed just how special he is. He loves to play, explore, and then curl up close for cuddles once he’s tired himself out. His affectionate personality makes it impossible not to smile when he’s around.

Jack’s rough beginning didn’t take away his trust in people — instead, it made him appreciate kindness even more. Safe now, he’s growing into a happy, loving boy who is ready to share his playful spirit with a family of his own.

Jack is dreaming of a forever home where he can play freely, cuddle often, and feel loved every day. After surviving the streets, he deserves nothing less than a lifetime of warmth, fun, and care.

Jojo’s life began in the shadows—under a cold, damp bridge in Gianyar, where she curled herself into a tiny ball each night, trying her best to disappear. When we found her at 10pm, she could barely lift her head. Her body was almost hairless, her skin raw and moulded, and she limped painfully on a fractured leg. She is, without doubt, one of the worst cases of neglect we have ever seen.

In the dim light, Jojo was shaking so much that her whole body trembled. She tried to hide, convinced that every approaching human meant danger. But that night, everything changed. We scooped her up gently, wrapped her in a blanket, and took her straight to the vet.

The list of her injuries and illnesses was heartbreaking:

• Severe scabies

• Blood parasites

• Mould growing along her skin

• A fractured leg

• Extreme malnutrition

• Trauma so deep she couldn’t stop trembling

But despite everything she had endured, Jojo never once growled or snapped. She was simply terrified… yet hopeful.
Jojo will take a long time to trust again but she never know pain again.

Ketan may be the smallest, but she is a true survivor. Born on the streets alongside her siblings, she fought hard to grow strong under Gemblung’s care. Safe at the shelter, Ketan continues to gain confidence every day. Her resilience is a quiet reminder of how far she has come, thanks to a mother who never gave up.

Kitler’s life changed before he had even learned what the world was meant to be.

When he was still just a baby, he was surrendered by the landowner of our temporary shelter. Too small to fend for himself and far too young to understand why he was being handed over, Kitler found himself suddenly without a home, relying entirely on the kindness of strangers.

Being separated so early could have broken him, but instead, Kitler adapted. In the safety of the shelter, he was given warmth, food, and the care every kitten needs to survive. Slowly, he grew stronger, his tiny body filling out as his confidence began to bloom.

Despite such an uncertain beginning, Kitler grew into a gentle and trusting cat. He learned that hands could be kind and that safety was something he could rely on. What could have been a story of loss became one of survival and quiet resilience.
Kitler didn’t choose to be surrendered, but he chose to live, to trust, and to grow.

Now, he carries the hope of a future where he will be chosen again — this time not out of convenience, but out of love, commitment, and the promise of a forever home.

Kumis is the mother of Poni.
She is a quiet, resilient mama cat who has been through a lot before finally finding safety.

As a mother, Kumis did her best to protect and care for her baby despite the uncertainty of life outside. She may not seek attention loudly, but her strength shows in the way she survived and raised her kitten.

At the shelter, Kumis is calm and reserved. She prefers peaceful moments and observes her surroundings quietly. Beneath her gentle nature is a mother who has endured hardship and deserves rest, safety, and kindness.

Loreng’s story begins with heartbreak. She was dumped on the streets, left to survive on her own with no protection and no one to trust. Whatever she endured before being abandoned is unknown, but it left its mark deep in her heart.

When Loreng was first rescued, she was wary of humans, always watching from a distance, unsure if hands would bring kindness or harm. She had learned to be cautious — a quiet defense shaped by past trauma we may never fully understand.

But beneath that guarded exterior is a deeply loving soul. When Loreng warms up to you, her true personality shines. She becomes gentle, affectionate, and incredibly loyal, offering her trust slowly but sincerely. The bond she forms is special, built on patience, respect, and love.

Now safe, Loreng is learning that not all humans hurt — some stay, some care, and some will love her for life. She may need time, but for the right person, Loreng will give a love that is deep, genuine, and truly earned.

Madu was found wandering the streets of Benoa, a gentle soul hidden beneath layers of neglect. His fur was severely matted, his skin crawling with fleas and ticks, and it was clear he had been surviving on his own for far too long. A concerned foreigner noticed him and reached out for help, unable to walk past without doing something.

When Madu arrived with us, what stood out immediately wasn’t how bad his condition was — it was how sweet he was despite it all. Even before his coat was cleaned and his body relieved of parasites, Madu leaned in for affection, quietly asking for love he had likely been missing for a long time.

As the mats were carefully removed and his body began to heal, Madu’s true personality emerged. He is incredibly soft-natured and affectionate, the kind of dog who melts into your touch and follows you with trusting eyes. And then there’s his smile — a truly unforgettable one. With his adorable undershot jaw, Madu wears a permanent, gentle grin that makes everyone who meets him fall a little bit in love.

Madu’s past may have been harsh, but it hasn’t hardened his heart. He remains kind, calm, and full of love to give. Now safe and cared for, Madu is finally able to enjoy the comfort he always deserved — and he’s ready to share his sweet smile with a family who will never let him be forgotten again.

Marley is one of Molly’s boys, and his life could have taken a very different path. He was found in Ubud with his mum and siblings, living on land where they were unwanted and left without food or water. The landowner didn’t want the dogs there, and their future was uncertain. Thankfully, Lucie and Stephanie stepped in, refusing to turn away. They even paid the landowner just to be allowed to take the dogs to safety.

Now at our shelter, Marley is thriving. He’s grown into a happy, playful boy who no longer knows hunger or fear. His days are filled with care, companionship, and the safety he was once denied.

Michi was found alone on the beach in Sanur, a small cat surrounded by open space yet with nowhere truly safe to go.

The beach may look peaceful, but for a lone cat it is full of danger — heat, hunger, dogs, people passing by, and no shelter when night falls. Michi had no one to protect her and no way to survive for long on her own.

When she was rescued, Michi was scared and unsure, clearly overwhelmed by the world around her. But once she was brought to safety, something shifted. With food, shade, and gentle care, she slowly began to relax, realizing she no longer had to face everything alone.

Michi is a quiet, gentle soul who simply needed someone to notice her and step in. Now safe, she has the chance to heal, grow, and experience kindness instead of survival.

She deserves a future far from the dangers of the beach — one filled with comfort, security, and a home where she will never again be alone.

Mina was rescued earlier this year. She was a community stray cat living near a kost (rented rooms) occupied by Veterinary Medicine students from Udayana University. Along with her friends — Tina, Abang, T-Rex, and Yuppie — Mina was regularly fed and looked after by these students, who cared deeply for their wellbeing.
Sadly, the situation changed suddenly.

The kost owner, who owned a large dog, forced the students to leave and demanded that all the street cats in the area be removed as well. With nowhere safe left for them, Mina and her friends were at serious risk.
That’s when we stepped in.

Mina, Abang, T-Rex, and Yuppie were rescued and brought to our shelter, where they could finally be safe from harm. For a cat who once lived cautiously on the streets, Mina has shown incredible resilience. She is observant, calm, and slowly learning that life doesn’t always have to be about survival.

Mina didn’t ask for much — just a place where she could exist without being chased away.
Now, she has that safety… and we hope one day she can also have a loving home to truly belong to.

Momo wasn’t wandering the streets of Ungasan alone. She was doing everything she could to keep her baby, Bebe, alive.

They were first spotted on the main road — a small white mama dog and her tiny puppy trying to survive traffic, hunger, and a world that never gave them a chance. When her rescuer’s partner saw them, something felt wrong. So she went back to search.

What she found was heartbreaking.Momo and Bebe had been sheltering with a group of construction workers. The men tried their best with what little they had — sharing scraps of food, letting them rest near their worksite — but it wasn’t enough. Momo was thin, exhausted, and doing everything in her power to protect her baby.

And then came the tragedy no mother should ever face. There were originally two puppies. But only one survived. One of Momo’s babies was killed by a car on the road before help arrived. A painful reminder of how unforgiving street life is for dogs who have no home, no protection, and no one watching over them.But brave little Bebe survived — because Momo never gave up.

When rescuers finally reached them, Momo was scared but gentle, her body weak but her instincts strong. She allowed herself to be helped, as if she knew she couldn’t keep her last baby safe on her own anymore.

For the first time, Momo didn’t have to fight for scraps or sleep in dust. For the first time, she and Bebe were carried away from danger, away from speeding cars and heavy trucks, away from the life that had already taken so much from them.

Now Momo is safe, fed, and slowly letting her tired mama heart rest.She watches Bebe play and grow without fear — something she could never offer him on the streets.

Momo didn’t survive by accident. She survived because she was determined to protect her baby. And now, at last, she doesn’t have to do it alone.

We found Nugget in front of a McDonald’s in Denpasar, lying near a McNuggets box — that’s how she got her name.
She’s around 11 years old and has been through so much as a stray.

Nugget has one blind eye, and due to nerve damage, her tongue tilts to the right. But none of that takes away her gentle soul. She’s beautiful in her own way, loves to eat, and her favorite thing now is sleeping peacefully on a warm ward bed.

After years on the streets, Nugget is finally safe — and deeply loved.

Peaches was found outside a shop in Uluwatu with tight packaging string around her neck — scared, hungry, and confused. Alongside her brother Peter, she had been left without protection or care, unsure where her next meal would come from.

Once rescued, Peaches bloomed. With food in her belly and clean water to drink, she quickly began to relax and show her sweet, joyful personality. Any fear she once carried faded fast, replaced by trust and curiosity.

Peaches is a loving, gentle girl who enjoys affection and playtime. She has already proven how strong she is, and now she deserves a future filled with safety, kindness, and love — something every puppy should have from the very beginning.

Poni has been with us for a long time. She is one of our longest residents — a quiet constant in a place where so many lives pass through.

She is the daughter of Kumis, a mother cat who gave birth to two kittens under difficult circumstances. Sadly, only one survived. Poni grew up carrying the weight of that loss, raised by a mother who had already known heartbreak, yet still gave everything she had to the kitten she was able to save.

Shelter life is the only life Poni has truly known. While others come and go, she remains — watching, waiting, and learning patience. She has grown into a gentle, resilient cat, shaped by time and stability rather than chaos.
Long-term residents like Poni are often overlooked, but they have so much love to give. Poni’s story is not one of failure or being unwanted — it is a story of survival, quiet strength, and enduring hope.

She deserves a home where she will finally be chosen, not after waiting so long, but because someone sees the beauty in her calm spirit and the depth of her journey.

Risoles and her daughter, Kroket, were dumped by a foreigner right in front of our temporary shelter in Ungasan back in 2024. They arrived scared, confused, and clinging to each other for comfort. From that moment on, it was clear that these two share a bond that’s impossible to break.

Kroket has always stayed by Mama Risoles’ side — her little shadow, her protector, her source of joy.
Risoles, the mama, is a calm and gentle soul. Sometimes she still seems to remember the home she once had, and at the shelter she can be a bit scared around other dogs. But when you spend time with her, she blossoms into the sweetest, most loving girl.

And when Risoles feels sad or unsure, Kroket is always the first one to zoom around, play, and try to cheer her up. She makes her mama feel safe. She makes her feel loved.

Together, they are playful, cuddly, and incredibly sweet — two dogs who only ask for kindness and a place to belong.

Tina was rescued this year together with other community cats from the same area near a kost (rented rooms) where Veterinary Medicine students from Udayana University used to live. Tina, along with Mina, Abang, T-Rex, and Yuppie, was regularly fed and quietly cared for by the students.

The kost owner, who had a large dog, forced the students to leave and demanded that the street cats in the area be chased away as well. With their caregivers gone, Tina was left vulnerable and at risk.
That’s when we stepped in.

Tina was rescued and brought to our shelter, where she could finally be safe. Having lived on the streets, Tina is cautious at first, but she has a gentle and calm nature. She prefers a peaceful environment and takes her time to trust humans.

Uluwatu is a smiley girl whose happy expression can instantly brighten your day. She was surrendered by her foreign owner who had to move back to his home country and, heartbreakingly, couldn’t take her along. Though the change was confusing at first, Uluwatu’s loving nature quickly shone through.

She is playful, full of life, and always eager to interact. One of her endearing quirks is giving gentle “love bites” — her playful way of showing affection and excitement. It’s all part of her joyful personality and her deep desire to connect with the people around her.

Zorro is the only boy of the litter, and he stands out straight away. With bold markings that make him look like a tiny tiger, he has a strong and confident presence. From an early age, Zorro was curious and brave, often the first to explore while his sisters stayed close to their mum.

He is playful and full of energy, but he also has a sweet side and still loves curling up beside Ziggy when he needs comfort and rest.

Angel was found alone on the streets, with no one to notice her pain and no voice to ask for help. She was nothing but skin and bones, barely surviving, carrying suffering that had gone unseen for far too long. For so long, Angel endured in silence — every movement hurting, every day a struggle just to stay alive.

Her body told the story of unimaginable hardship. She had broken bones, a hernia, and damage so severe that she could no longer pass poop properly. Each day was filled with discomfort and pain that no animal should ever have to endure.

Angel’s fight wasn’t over when she was rescued. She faced a long and complex surgery. During the operation, the vet had to reconstruct her pelvis so she could finally poop without pain. Her hernia and megacolon were repaired, and during surgery, a cyst was discovered on her ovary — it had to be removed immediately. Her body had been fighting on so many fronts at once.

Angel survived the operation. Against everything she had been through, she held on.
Now, Angel needs daily medication and continued care, but she is finally free from the pain that once controlled her life. Despite everything she has endured, Angel is incredibly loving. She seeks out gentle affection, leaning into head scratches, her eyes soft and trusting — as if she knows she is finally safe.

Baby is one of the daughters of Mama Demplon, a brave mama who gave birth to nine puppies during Bali’s heavy rainy season in February 2025. Mama Demplon was living in a secluded, muddy area, terrified and trying her best to protect all her newborn babies from the storm.

It took two full days — with help from a dog catcher, pet transport, and endless patience — to safely rescue Mama Demplon and her nine little ones, including Baby.

Kimchi was born into a complicated start in life. Her mama, Mochi, gave birth in front of a small kost (rented room) belonging to a girl named Diana. Diana tried her best to help, but the kost owner didn’t allow dogs on the property — leaving Mama Mochi and her five newborn pups with nowhere safe to go.

Desperate to protect them, Diana reached out to us. That’s how we rescued Mochi, Kimchi, and her four siblings. One of the pups has already been adopted, but Kimchi, her siblings, and Mama Mochi are still with us at the shelter.

Since Mama Mochi is a mix Pom/small breed, tiny little Kimchi will always stay small — a forever mini girl with a big heart.

She was found lying in front of an Indomart after being hit by a car, scared, injured, and in pain. Her future was uncertain, and without help, she wouldn’t have survived. But Koko fought — and so did we.

Koko needed major leg surgery, a long and difficult procedure that tested her strength and resilience. Through it all, she remained gentle and trusting, even after everything she had been through. Recovery wasn’t easy, but Koko never gave up.

Today, Koko is doing beautifully. Her leg has healed, she’s moving well, and her spirit shines just as brightly as ever. She’s a reminder of why we do what we do — that one life, saved at the right moment, can change everything.

Lemper was abandoned during the early days when we were still staying at our temporary shelter. He was left behind quietly, with no explanation — just another dog who suddenly had nowhere to go.

From the beginning, Lemper has been a gentle soul. He prefers to be by himself, often choosing to sleep quietly in a corner where he feels safe. He isn’t demanding, loud, or mischievous. Lemper is a good, calm dog who causes no trouble.

He may not seek attention the way other dogs do, but he appreciates kindness, consistency, and a peaceful environment. Lemper is the kind of dog who would thrive in a quiet home, with someone who understands and respects his need for space.

Louis and Leo are the sons of Mama Lupi, a street dog we rescued after a heartbreaking incident. A video was shared on Facebook showing someone kicking Lupi in the head. At that time, Lupi was pregnant.

We immediately searched for her and managed to rescue her before anything worse could happen.

Safely at our shelter, Mama Lupi gave birth to three puppies. One of them has already been adopted, while Louis and Leo are still with us today.

Louis and Leo were born at the shelter. They have never known life inside a home, never felt what it’s like to sleep on a couch, be called by a family, or be loved as someone’s own dog. Their world so far has only been the shelter — safe, but temporary.

They are gentle, curious boys with so much potential. What they need now is what they’ve never had: a real home and a family.

Mama lived just 100 meters from our old Bali Paws of Hope shelter, belonging to a man who kept her as a backyard dog. She had already been bred twice in her young life, her sweet nature taken advantage of, her body carrying the quiet exhaustion of a mama who had given more than she ever received.

One day, we asked her owner if we could sterilise her — to give her freedom from being bred again, to give her a chance at her own life. He agreed, and Mama came into our care. During her pre-surgery check, we discovered something heartbreaking: Mama had TVT. Instead of a simple sterilisation, she would now need chemotherapy.

Despite everything, Mama stayed gentle. Brave. Trusting. Her tail never stopped wagging.

Through every chemo session, she greeted us with that same bright expression — as if she knew we were trying to give her the life she deserved. And very quickly, she became one of our volunteers’ absolute favourites. Each time she walked past, she’d get a little snack slipped to her. It became a ritual — Mama would trot over, hopeful eyes shining, tail sweeping from side to side. She soon learned her name, and the moment you called “Mama!”, she’d come running happily, ready for love.

Today, Mama is a healthy, joyful girl with a heart as soft as her spirit. She’s friendly, affectionate, and always ready for cuddles. After everything she has survived — neglect, breeding, illness — she remains one of the happiest dogs you will ever meet.

Miumiu’s story began at a hotel in Sanur, where she had been wandering the hallways hoping someone would notice her. Guests often found her slipping gently into their rooms—not to cause trouble, but simply because she adored people and was desperate for affection.

When his rescuer asked if she could take him for treatment, they refused — not out of love, but because they didn’t want to pay a single rupiah. Still, Monty desperately needed medical help, so she brought him to the clinic anyway.There, he was diagnosed with a blood parasite…treatable, but only with proper medication and care.

Once he was stabilised and ready to continue treatment at home, the clinic contacted his family again.Their answer?They didn’t want him back.They refused to care for him, refused to take responsibility, and even asked the clinic to leave him there — as if he was disposable.But what his “family” threw away, we welcomed.

Monty is now safe, healing, and finally receiving the love he was deprived of for so many years. Despite everything, he remains incredibly gentle — a soft, calm soul who has never lost his sweetness.

Odading, the only boy of the litter, was born on the street under his mum Gemblung’s watchful eye. From the beginning, he showed a curious and brave nature, always eager to explore his surroundings. Growing up safe at the shelter allowed Odading to turn that early bravery into confidence, and he continues to thrive thanks to his mum’s love and protection.

Peanut is a bundle of energy with a cheeky sparkle in her eyes. As the daughter of Demplon, she inherited both strength and spirit. She was found in a field alongside her siblings, vulnerable and unsure of what the world had in store for them. Despite the tough start, Peanut’s playful personality was already shining through.

From the moment she felt safe, Peanut showed just how mischievous she is. She loves to play, run, and explore, turning every day into an adventure. Sitting still isn’t really her thing — Peanut thrives on movement, interaction, and fun. Whether it’s chasing toys, wrestling with friends, or zooming around the yard, she’s happiest when she’s active.

Because of her high energy and social nature, Peanut would do best with someone who is home most of the day or in a household with another dog to keep her company. She loves having a playmate and forms strong bonds with those around her.

Peanut is more than just playful — she’s full of life, affection, and joy. With the right home that can match her energy and give her the attention she needs, Peanut will grow into an incredible companion, bringing laughter and love wherever she goes.

Popi is one of the true souls of our shelter. As our oldest dog, she has lived a long life filled with challenges, strength, and quiet courage. Among the biggest battles she has faced is cancer — a fight she bravely overcame, showing just how resilient and determined she truly is.

With age comes wisdom, and Popi knows exactly what she wants now. She loves affection and soaks up every gentle touch, leaning in for cuddles and enjoying the comfort of human companionship. Fast-paced energy and playful young dogs are no longer for her — her body is older, and she prefers calm surroundings where she can relax without being overwhelmed.

Popi’s idea of happiness is simple and beautiful: slow, peaceful walks, soft beds, and lots of love. She doesn’t ask for much, only patience, kindness, and someone who understands her needs.

After everything she has endured, Popi deserves nothing less than a life filled with comfort and affection. She is a reminder that older dogs have so much love to give, and that sometimes the greatest joy comes from slowing down, cuddling close, and simply being together.

On 17 November, seven young souls were found on the streets — scared, confused, and deeply traumatized by humans. Life before rescue had clearly not been kind to them. Every sudden movement made them flinch, every human presence filled them with fear.

We named them Riley, Rosie, Roxy, Rika, Rumi, Robin, and Reyna — a small step toward giving them identity, dignity, and a fresh start.

When they first arrived, trust was almost impossible. They froze, hid, and kept their distance, unsure if they were finally safe. But slowly, day by day, they’ve begun to understand that not all humans will hurt them.

Since then, they have:

Been sterilized on 18 December 2025
Started their healing journey at the shelter

Right now, we are focusing on socialization — spending time with them, sitting quietly, offering gentle touch, and slowly building trust. We’ve also begun leash training and short walks, helping them get familiar with walking beside humans and discovering the world beyond fear.

They are still learning. Some days are braver than others. But the progress is real.

These dogs are not “broken.” They are survivors who simply need patience, love, and understanding.

They are now available for adoption — for families who are willing to give them time, consistency, and kindness.

Today, Romeo is a calm and affectionate boy. He enjoys peaceful moments, gentle attention, and being close to humans he trusts. He may not rush toward you at first, but once he feels safe, Romeo offers the sweetest companionship.

Romeo is ready to find his forever home, a place where he can finally stop surviving and start living.

Sakura is a female cat who was rescued after being found on the street with a large open wound under her armpit. A kind tourist noticed her condition and couldn’t look away. Thanks to that compassion, Sakura was brought to us and taken into our care at the shelter.

When Sakura arrived, her injury was serious and painful. With proper veterinary treatment, wound care, and time to heal, Sakura has now made a great recovery.

Today, Sakura is doing much better. She is a calm, gentle cat who enjoys quiet moments and peaceful surroundings. She may not be loud or demanding, but her presence is soothing and full of grace.

Sakura survived pain and the streets, and now she deserves a safe, loving home where she can continue to heal and live peacefully.

Sempol, her siblings (Cilok and Kimchi) and her mama (Mochi) and her puppies, were rescued in early December 2024 after a heartbreaking situation in the Nusa Dua area. Mochi gave birth at a small rented kost, but instead of being protected, she and her newborn babies were not welcomed. Despite the puppies being extremely young, the property owner wanted them gone — and Mochi and her babies were about to be dumped.

We couldn’t let that happen.
That’s when we stepped in and rescued Mochi and all her puppies, bringing them to safety at our shelter. Thanks to timely rescue and proper care, Mochi proved to be a wonderful mama — gentle, loving, and incredibly resilient.

Today, Mochi, Sempol, Cilok and Kimchi are still at the shelter. They are affectionate, playful, and absolutely love human attention. Two of Mochi’s other puppies have already found their forever homes, and now we are hoping the same for this sweet little family.

Our biggest wish is for Mochi, Sempol, Cilok and Kimchi to find loving families and a place to truly call home — where they can spend their days feeling safe, loved, and happy.

Snowy’s life began with tragedy. She was one of 13 tiny puppies dumped at our temporary shelter, all just around one month old. Weak, frightened, and already sick, their chances were heartbreakingly small.

Despite round-the-clock care, medication, and constant monitoring, one by one the puppies passed away. Snowy fought quietly but fiercely. This little girl showed an incredible will to live, holding on through days when the odds were against her.

Today, Snowy is a true survivor. She carries the memory of her siblings in her journey forward — a gentle, resilient girl who proves just how strong even the smallest souls can be when given a chance. Her life is a testament to hope born from loss, and to the power of compassion.

Susu’s life began on the streets of Jimbaran, near local housing where survival depended on finding scraps of food and staying out of danger. Alongside her sister Candy, Susu was desperately searching for something to eat. They were weak, hungry, and only just holding on.
Susu is a gentle little soul. Despite everything she went through, she shows nothing but softness and trust. She enjoys quiet moments, gentle affection, and the comfort of feeling safe — something she never had while living on the streets.
Now rescued and no longer fighting just to survive, Susu is learning what it means to be cared for. She deserves a loving home where she will never know hunger again and will always be protected.

Tinkywinky came into the world wrapped in quiet love — born to her mama, Sky, and growing up alongside her sibling, Dipsy.

From the very beginning, Sky did everything she could to protect her babies, giving Tinkywinky a start in life filled with warmth despite the hardships surrounding them. With her brother always close by, Tinkywinky learned what safety felt like, forming a bond that gave her confidence and comfort.

Tinkywinky grew into a gentle, observant little soul. While her brother explored boldly, she often took her time, watching the world with soft curiosity. She stayed close to her family, drawing strength from the presence of her mama and sibling.

Her story is one of family, resilience, and hope. Tinkywinky never had to face the world alone — she was surrounded by love from the start.

Now, as she continues to grow, Tinkywinky carries with her the security of those early bonds and the promise of a future filled with kindness, safety, and a forever home where she will always belong.

Vito’s life began in the most heartbreaking way. He was found alone, dumped inside a rice bag when he was only around one month old — far too young to survive on his own. Cold, frightened, and with no mama to protect him, his chances were slim.

At the shelter, something beautiful happened. One of our rescue dogs, Manis, had just given birth. Sensing Vito’s need, she did what only a true mama could do — she accepted him as her own. Manis began fostering Vito, allowing him to feed and giving him the warmth, comfort, and nourishment he desperately needed.

With the care of a devoted foster mum and the safety of the shelter, Vito didn’t just survive — he thrived. As he grew stronger, his personality began to shine. Vito is an alpha male: confident, brave, and naturally assertive, often taking the lead while still being deeply bonded to those he trusts.

Today, Vito is a powerful reminder that even the smallest, most vulnerable beginnings can grow into strength and leadership when met with love. His story is one of resilience, instinct, and the incredible bond that saved his life.

Zara is a beautiful ginger girl with a short tail and a calm, loving presence. She is affectionate and soft-natured, preferring cuddles and quiet moments over rough play. While her siblings tumble and explore, Zara is often found resting in a warm spot or snuggled close to Ziggy.

She has a sweet and trusting soul that makes everyone fall in love with her almost instantly.

Zyla looks almost exactly like her brother Zorro, sharing the same striking tiger-like markings. What makes her special and easy to recognise is her short tail, which gives her a uniquely adorable look.

She has a gentle and thoughtful nature, often watching first before joining in. Zyla enjoys being close to her siblings and finds comfort in staying near Zorro, following him wherever he goes.
