Bali Paws of Hope is a not-for-profit animal rescue organisation. Donations and sponsorships help us provide food, medical care, shelter, and rehabilitation for animals in need. We are grateful for all support.

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled.

  1. Donations
    All donations made to Bali Paws of Hope are voluntary. As a general rule, donations are non-refundable, as funds are used immediately to support animal welfare activities. Refund requests may be considered in limited circumstances, such as a duplicate donation, an incorrect donation amount, or a technical or processing error. Requests must be made within a reasonable time after the donation is made.

  2. Sponsorships
    Animal sponsorships are treated as donations made to support the ongoing care of rescue animals. Sponsorship payments are generally non-refundable, as sponsorship funds are used to support veterinary care, food, housing, and other ongoing needs. If you believe an error has occurred with a sponsorship payment, please contact us and the request will be reviewed in good faith.

  3. PayPal Donations
    Donations made through PayPal are processed securely by PayPal. If a refund is approved, it will be returned using the original PayPal payment method where possible. PayPal’s own terms and processing times apply.

  4. Bank Transfer Donations
    Bank transfer donations are made directly to our bank account using the details provided on the website. If a refund is approved for a bank transfer donation, refunds will be processed manually and may require additional time. Any bank fees charged during the refund process may be deducted from the refunded amount.

  5. Refund Requests
    To request a refund, please contact us using the contact details provided on this website and include your name, the date and amount of the donation or sponsorship, and the reason for the refund request. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  6. Changes to This Policy
    We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
